2. Where to send a notice

Email your complete notice to denmasaguz@gmail.com with the subject line Copyright / DMCA Notice. Please include the relevant URLs and sufficient details for us to identify the material.

3. Review and response

We may review the notice, request additional information, restrict access to the identified material, remove it where appropriate, or take other action consistent with applicable law. We may notify the person who submitted the material when appropriate. Submitting an incomplete notice may delay our review.

Include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and the legally required consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process provisions applicable to a formal counter-notice. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting one.

5. Repeat infringement

Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, we may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers or take measures to prevent repeated unauthorized submissions.

6. False or misleading claims

Copyright notices and counter-notices may have legal consequences. Please ensure that your statements are accurate and that you are authorized to make the request. We may disregard notices that are clearly abusive, fraudulent or insufficient.
